Exhibitor Platform
Tuesday 10 June: official inauguration of the Exhibition (on the morning) in the presence of Jacques BARROT, Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner with responsibility for Transport, Jean-Louis BORLOO, Minister for Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Planning, and many other dignitaries (11.00am)
Wednesday 11 June: Golden Bus Award prize-winners' ceremony (5.30pm)
Thursday 12 June: Public Transport Innovation Awards ceremony by Dominique BUSSEREAU, Secretary of State in charge of Transport (3.30pm)

Alternative mode zone

 
Alternative mode zoneFrench and international members of the "network of bike-sharing towns" set up in 2007 by the Club of Bike-friendly Towns - involved in innovative self-service bike-sharing rental systems - will be present at the European Mobility Exhibition and signing the Charter of bike-sharing towns on Thursday June 12 at 11.30 am in the Alternative Mode zone at the Exhibition.
 
 

The Golden Bus Award

 
The exhibition will welcome the Golden Bus Awards rewarding the best bus driver, organized by the french UTP. Finalists will be chosen after the theory and practical qualifying tests which will take place on June 10-11. The "Golden Bus" prizegiving ceremony will take place at 5.30pm on Wednesday June 11.

Your chance to drive a bus!

 
On the final day of the exhibition there will be an opportunity to learn about driving a bus, as well as do a few laps of a practice circuit with a RATP Paris Transports instructor, using training buses made available especially for the exhibition. Come and join the fun on Thursday June 12 (11.00am-4.00pm) at the Paris-Expo car park!
