For over 30 years BALOGH SA, french Company, has developed, manufactured and marketed radio frequency identification readers (RFID).

Balogh’s offer is composed of an important range of RFID labels and various readers which are equipped with interfaces adapted to a great number of applications:

Computer-integrated manufacturing & automatism: for the identification and traceability of the industrial process.

Safety: for control access and intelligent theft protection devices.

Transportation: for fleets management and parks control.

Railway: for the identification and management of trams, subways and coaches.

Logistics: for industrial logistics and supply chain traceability.

As the largest industrial rail site in France, Bombardier operates at its Crespin facility in the Nord-Pas de Calais region, which employs 2,000 people, including 500 engineers and managers.
The company develops a wide range of rail rolling stock products including two milestone contracts: the Autorail Grande Capacité (AGC), a regional train with 700 trainsets ordered by 21 French Regions; and the BOMBARDIER SPACIUM train for the SNCF Transilien Ile-de-France network - a state-of-the-art suburban train which started commercial service, as planned, on 13/12/09. On 23/02/10, Bombardier signed the “Régio2N” contract with SNCF, on behalf of the French Regions, and foresees the production of a total maximum of 860 double-deck regional trains.
