UTP (short for Union des Transports Publics et ferroviaires) is France’s association for urban public passenger transport and rail transport of travellers and goods. Recognized historically for the management of the collective agreement of public transport, UTP also applies to the construction of the collective agreement of the railroad transport.

More widely, UTP represents the concerns of public transport and railroad transport by defending the collective interests of companies and by assuring the promotion of these sectors.

Since 2008, the UTP accompanies actively the passage from public transport towards mobility by defending a system of global mobility so that the traveller benefits from the best service of transport.
