The ‘search by keyword’ function enables you to be easily referenced, optimising your visibility. A hypertext link directs visitors to your website. The same presentation will feature in the Exhibition catalogue.

Highlight your innovations in the Innovation Track


▪ On the Exhibition website:
Present your showcase innovation to attract visitors and journalists before the Exhibition.

  • Fill in a description of your innovation or showcase product in your Exhibitor Space as soon as possible. Don’t forget to add a visual.


▪ In the Exhibition Newspaper:

You can present your innovation in the Exhibition Newspaper. This is distributed free of charge to all qualified prospects in the public transport sector in Europe during the months leading up to the Exhibition.

  • Send in press releases and information about your innovations by e-mail.


▪ During the Exhibition:

If you’ve filled in the presentation of your innovation in your Exhibitor Space, your stand will feature as one stage on the “Innovation Track” highlighted in the Exhibition guide handed out to all visitors. Take part in the Public Transport Innovation Awards

The Innovation Awards honour the best innovations by industrial and service companies exhibiting at the Transports Publics (other categories of exhibitor are not eligible). Take part in the ‘Talent in Mobility’ awards

The Talent in Mobility contest rewards European transport professionals, whatever their job. Awarded by internet users and a panel of European experts, the awards will be presented during the Exhibition at an official ceremony bringing together players from the entire profession. Present your business at the Experts’ Forum

The Experts’ Forum is a dedicated space for professional debate. Located at the heart of the Exhibition, it’s open to all visitors, allowing exhibitors to present their new products, highlight their latest innovation or know-how, organise a talk on a topical issue and so on. Experts’ Forum events will feature in the official programme (available online and handed out at the exhibition).

The rental rate for the Forum facility includes use of the venue for a period of 50 minutes, supply of PA and video equipment, interpretation booths and a French/English interpreter.

Make the most of the ‘First Job’ forum to recruit young graduates

Exhibitors who are planning to hire over 10 people in the coming year are invited to take part in the ‘First Job’ Forum. A table will be provided free of charge for the afternoon of Wednesday June 6, so that exhibitors can meet students and young graduates from transport-related courses, engineering schools, business schools, etc. to provide information and arrange interviews.

For other exhibitors, job offers may also be displayed on a board set aside for this purpose at the Forum.
